A parish church of St. Mary's Immaculate Conception in Rajbrot Lesser Poland.
It was built in 1511 , has a timber log construction cladded with vertical timber boards and a pitched roof
covered with a wood shingles and a centrally located little signature- bell tower in a baroque style.
The church is a one nave temple and has a partly retained original interiour design with a late gothic pulpit, and XVII century organ.Outside the church there is a detached large timber structure bell tower and a charming garden.

Una arquitectura muy distinta de la que me hace recordar algunas iglesias de Romania.

ReplyDeleteWow, thanks.
ReplyDeleteThis architecture is stunning and how amazing that this is truly from the 16th Century. The church and the surrounding grounds look beautifully maintained which is sadly not the case in much of Europe. The desire and the funds must each be at high levels. Very nice photos.
ReplyDeleteThis is so much more than i needed!!! but will all come in use thanks!!
