HOWTH - CO DUBLIN - PENINSULA

Howth is a miraculous peninsula and a fantastic suburban destination for a short break outside Dublin, located about 15km north -east from the city centre and is a dominant feature of Dublin Bay.

You can get there by Dart railway.

This lovely fishing and yachting port and a harbour features as fascinating buildings as lighthouses and Martello towers which are small defensive forts built in 19th century from the time of napoleonic Wars onwards, around the coast of Ireland.

There is also a very climatic cemetery with the ruins of the stone chapel, charming pubs and a beautyful castle that unfortunately havent been captured in photos by us.

Maybe next time because we already miss the place and would like to visit it again someday.

  4. Dublin, Ireland is a very beautiful place! I've never seen a real castle and I really wish to see or even enter one in the future. :)
